YOGA, the PUPPY DOG Pose

If your upper and/or middle back needs a good stretch,.. If you shoulders are tight and you want relief.. If you want to live your life with an open heart, and open mind? Than this is your pose to practice! Hold it for 3-5 minutes, it is great. Also it is a great warm up if you want to practice deeper back bends.

@yogatic Hi, and thanks. I didn’t mention it, but I am going to my doctor (a osteopath). My question wasn’t clear, sorry. I have been wondering about scapula placement (for when I do resume yoga, especially the planks, so that I don’t get tendonitis again at that time). However, maybe not the right place for question. Thanks again.

is it supposed to be that easy

  13. mpgalindo says:

@aletaleta You might be developing a shoulder tendonitis. Consider visiting your physician and perhaps taking it easier on your workout. That worked for me.
