If your upper and/or middle back needs a good stretch,.. If you shoulders are tight and you want relief.. If you want to live your life with an open heart, and open mind? Than this is your pose to practice! Hold it for 3-5 minutes, it is great. Also it is a great warm up if you want to practice deeper back bends.

I have been wondering about scapula placement (for when I do resume yoga, especially the planks, so that I don’t get tendonitis again at that time). However, maybe not the right place for question. i really need to get more flexibility in my belly so that i can do a good bridge pose…how could i build up to that? nog steeds leuke videos btw^^

This is a great pose for me because I work at a computer all day. It releases the tension in my shoulders.

Go to your doctor first before doing any of these exercises

@aletaleta You might be developing a shoulder tendonitis. Consider visiting your physician and perhaps taking it easier on your workout. That worked for me.
