Such as sleeping on your stomach, back, and left or right sides. I’ve heard you get better benefits from sleeping on your side, but I avoid it personally because I always feel like my blood isn’t circulating properly. That also could be my mind playing tricks on me…
I’ve also heard sleeping on your stomach is bad for your back and organs, but that’s how I’ve always slept and how I feel the most comfortable.
So my question is, what is the best position health or comfort wise while you sleep? What is the worst?

The best position is your back because it places the least amount of stress to your spine.
if you place a pillow under your knees-This takes stress off of your lower back while sleeping on your back.
Make sure that your head is in a neutral position (that you are neither looking up or down)
i absolutely HATE sleeping on my back. i think it’s because my head isn’t really flat in the back so it’s really uncomfortable when i try to sleep on the back of my head.
I love sleeping on my sides<3 i’m usually curled into a ball, or have one leg stretched out.
sleeping on my stomach would be my #2 choice.
overall, i love sleeping.
Good thing I learned something today. I usually sleep on my back and I keep turning around during the night without realizing and sometimes I ended up in the floor.
