Animal Protein is NOT as neccesary as you may think…look into HEMP, SPIRULINA, BLUE GREEN ALGAE, CHIA, GOJI!!!!
Love all the other info!! Great and super important topic, thanks for all your work!
I normally have a really hard time in the winter months with depression. I started the amino acids right after this broadcast and I feel so much better. I actually got brave enough to put them directly on my tongue, which was gross at first but I’m used to it now. I really wanted relief and i couldn’t be happier with the results.
I live up here in alaska, and theres about 5 hours of daylight right now, -10 F outside.
Im feeling depressed lately untill now.
keep good diet, but just ate 20 peices of chocolate.
Only just now after eating sprouted mung beans and lentils, with some peanut sauce and feel freeking awesome.
It was like a 5 minute turn around
I am a vegetarian and I feel perfectly happy. As a matter of fact, I felt DEPRESSED while eating meat. Complete proteins can be found in the right combination of vegetables and grains!
I am depressed and am in therapy for depression.
I do not eat beef or pork, but I do eat a lot of poultry and fish. Is she stating that I need to eat beef and pork to get those animal proteins? And does the book talk about organic and grass feed meat?
@UndergroundWellness that part where shes talking about proteins over grains and soybeans, howabout quinoa? that would be like the only grain with the enzymes right?
when i finally lose this weight, im gonna come on your show Sean. it may on tv by then.
What about the claim that greens and veges (esp. in the form of fresh, raw juice) contain large amounts of already available/usable amino acids unlike animal protein which the body must use energy to first break down into amino acids before they are useable???
So grateful you brought this information forward. It’s truly saving my life . It answered every question to my lifelong health puzzle. Can’t thank you enough!
This lady isn’t nuts, she knows what she is talking about.
Thank you so much for this information. We need to get this out to as many people as possible. I have been reading this book for a few months now, as it was recommended by my therapist. I suffer from depression and also alcoholism. I stopped drinking and am very grateful for the special section in this book that deals with replenishing nutrients that are depleted from addicts brains. I am now growing my own organic vegetable garden and on a supplement plan, cheers to Julia Ross and UWellness!
nope
shes nuts
@UndergroundWellness I see.
Offtopic question, are you a commercial actor? I saw someone who looked exactly like you on some random commercial a day ago.
How come she gets quite at times?
In essence: Protiens make you happy. If you have a protien good diet your body will be able to produce muscle too. Protien=Muscle Carbs=Squishy(but they also provide energy)
Q: Protiens provide all of these things? Or are they left out and needed to be found in other sources of protiens?
He stated on Larry King Live that he uses amino acids for his depression.
