i do this exercise 4 times a week, twice a day. So to get an effective workout i repeat the video 2 more times, so basically i’m having a 30 minutes workout.
i weigh 275 pounds and im 6 ftt i need to go to 180 so i have to lose 95 i hope i can do this
I really like you videos! I have this temporary gym membership and I would really like to work on my abs for summer. Can you recommend any equipment I can use at the gym to help in addition to your videos?
Basically I want to use the membership and reach my goal!

I bought this round carpet thing and my cardio stuff on it so the neighbours below don’t bang on the ceiling
Its reduces the noise level drastically.. plus it cushions your joints better so its great for knee or ankle problems..

@iiL3Sly Yes. Cardio is over all toning. But I do suguest you go buy a 17 magazine because they have terific workouts for toning. Esspecially this month
Also i say do stregth exercises. Lunges(side, front and back.) squats(best things for your thights) and crunches. Oh and pushups.
im trying to make some of these videos a routine before school starts again.
my motivation : one, self confidence [ major * ]
and two, im a shopohlic. but i refuse to buy the pants i really, really want before losing the weight i want (a/o need] to lose . i want to lose about 30 pounds, how long will it take doing these workouts [ days 1 , 2 and 5, also treadmill every other day for thirty minutes and a strick diet w/ plenty of water ] ?
i just finished this video and I have to say,I love it. I really felt like i worked my whole body. cant wait for tomorrows

your mood/attitude will improve to be more positive, you will gain energy to do tasks, you will look better to yourself, and others, and you don’t thave to feel as bad if you eat some ‘bad’ food every once in a while :3
