omg, this is better than any cardio/explosive workout. Absolutely sick ! nice job
Now that is true strength let the roid heads have their 200kg one rep bench press, I would so rather be able to do some of the things this guy can do, just a question how long can you hold a human flag ?
@HumanMetamorphosis lol nice your the real spiderman. i could never do this stuff atleast the like 180 pushup turn things. i rely on size alot i cant stand being small im 283 atm im hoping to be 300 in a month or 2.
@warwize and lifting weights would only be functional if you had to carry heavy objects, and move large masses of steel every day right…? WRONG…..!
Very unique workout, thanks for the ideas. Just curious what you think the ideal weight is for maximum strength and mobility? You talk about getting too big that muscles will restrict your motion, with your experience have you found a reasonable range of weight to height ratio that can optimize these two goals? And also just curious how tall you are and how much you weigh. Thanks, keep up the good work!
dude, you are a humanmetamorphose!
@PASTEeater47 haha yea dude same here….
wtf. thats crazy haha
These guys would get yelled at by floor staff in most commercial gyms. Sign of the times.
Squat more.
Makes me think of Power Rangers, fuck yeah.
the overhead squat ROM and the bench press ROM was pathetic, everything else was awesome
@HumanMetamorphosis
welcome to youtube bro
this is only functional if you live in an obstacle course where people force you to jump over every object you see and walk on walls
Indeed
Yoga is great for developing a strong, stable and mobile skeletal structure.
No, not vergetarian… usually eat meat just once a day at dinner time.
It is possible to obtain the full spectrum of amino acids through a vegetarian diet if you know what combinations of foods to eat, so I don’t see why it would alter your performance capabilities…. I can’t say for sure though, just my assumption.
Wow, Was not Expecting 3:24.
I see you practice yoga too. Are you a vegetarian – someone has suggested to me that, over time, vegetarian diet increases strength but decreases speed? I know the protein quality is different so I guess it makes sense. Anyone know this for sure?
Imagine this guy in the office walking on his hand the hole time. He shakes people hands with his foot ahaha. Fucking crazy, If I got in this shape by august for wrestling I would be crying of joy, when I show off my new strength ahah. Your awesome.
Wow. That was amazing.
I lost about 50 pounds over the last year and I can say that if I saw this video before then I would’ve gotten my ass in gear LONG before.
That lady’s fucking hot too. XP
Are you training to be a Ninja?
5/5
just about to head back to training tomorrow after five months off from knee injury. Have to say, i’ve never been so motivated. great stuff, i’m training specifically for ma, and this stuff is just sensational. well done, can’t wait to see more
They are called Freeform boards. We got them from a fitness expo here in Sydney. Neat little tool with almost endless variations for exercise, especially if you have two of them.
I tried to link their web page but it won’t let me so just google ‘em
Don’t know why these comments keep getting shifted out of order
Awesome!! quick question : what are those round roller decks you are training on, and where did you get them?
I had a feeling you might say that
and your opinion is welcomed. However, “that myth” is based on countless scientific studies. Heavy external resistance training will not STOP the growth of a young individual, it will simply limit their full growth potential. Depending on the balance of the individuals training regime, it may also lead to skeletal imbalances resulting in postural issues and future injuries caused by incorrect biomechanics.
Best wishes with your training
