Eight-Minute Relaxation Meditation Session (001)


While I am not a licensed or professional therapist, I use meditation and self-hypnosis to control my anxiety. In the past I’ve used meditation sessions recorded by others; as I begin to experiment with creating my own, I’ve decided to share some of my attempts here in case they can help others.
