    Interesting video.

So you took an SSRI for a year, enough to have a therapeutic effect (maybe permanent), but you don´t give any credit to the drug for your improvement?.

    Please explain more. Thanks.

Customized vitamins are slowly gathering attention. Vitamins should not be bought at stores for various reasons. You can get them from me, but if not, at least do your research.

medication is a cop out. biomedically engineered happiness is pretty much a band-aid. depending on the situation, it may be physiological imbalance, which may warrant medication, or it may just be stress and other issues. or diet, or whatever. you just need a better psychologist.

    for real.

I agree, diet is key. I’m on anti-anxiety rx and have had the worst of luck with it….I was in a car accident recently and yesterday, I fell down my staircase and dinged myself up pretty bad. : ( drowsiness and clumsiness appear to be an issue with psychiatric meds….spaciness too.I need to eliminate the pharma candy, The side effects are too risky and not worth my sanity and safety. I’ve read that probiotics help the digestive system, also eating more yogurt and fish.

Dude, it’s not that simplistic. SSRI pills aren’t only about increasing am’ts of serotonin in the brain. They function by making sure that the serotonin that you have makes it “across the street” from one synapse to another, which isn’t happening in a depression. Thanksgiving turkey won’t suffice for a severe clinical depression.

Unfortunately you committes huge mistakes. You amputated all the scientific knowledge in Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Neuroscience. It would be much easier if our brains would be reduced to amoebas like that.

For about a month I barely ate.
I wanted to loss weight and I just didn’t
want to eat. For like a week I was fine, but
then my sleeping hours went wack. Day was night and night was day. It was horrible I was crying over everything and I’m of those people that don’t cry. It was horrible and no I know why I was like that.

digestive system is taking the healthy and tossing the useless when new substances enter the body. there is also connection with mind, and how it deals with new life situations. most people dont know how to keep the healthy and toss the useless and things get built up. cause and effect are always the debate in science. also helps to learn to process information (life challenges) in a healthy way, like a digestive system to protect your state of healthy mind
